Refund Policy

We do think that you’ll achieve great results using our products. However, if you’ve decided it’s not for you and you’d like to return something, here is what you can return.

Have you received your order within the last 15 days for USA/Canada or within 24 days for UK & the rest of the world, are your products unused, unopened, still sealed and the product packaging undamaged?

If yes, then please email our customer support team at and include:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Name of product
  • Reason for return

How to request a refund:

  • Contact our customer service team at and provide details of your order and the reason for requesting a refund.
  • Our team will provide you with the return address.
  • As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of return postage to our warehouse.
  • If you purchased more than one bottle you must return all unopened bottles.
  • If you purchased a single bottle of GlucoRedi product, you do not need to return the empty bottle.
  • Simply contact our customer service team and ask to claim our guarantee.
  • You’ll be asked for some basic information about your experience before we process your refund, such as why you were not happy with the product.
  • Returning after using a single bottle, an example:
    • You purchased 3 bottles of a supplement and used 1 bottle.
    • You return 2 unopened bottles.
    • Once received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for all 3 bottles
  • Returning after using more than one bottle, an example:
    • You purchased 6 bottles of Glucoredi and used 1 bottle.
    • You return 5 unopened bottles.
    • Once received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for 5 bottles - 4 unopened bottles and 1 of the 2 opened bottles.
  • We will only ever refund a maximum of 1 opened bottle unless there is a defect and the product was received damaged and unsealed.
    • You must report unsealed bottles within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund.

  • Refunds are issued via the original form of payment and can take anywhere between 5-10 working days depending on the payment method.
  • Refunds will only be processed once our warehouse has received the returned product.
  • You can not claim this guarantee more than once.
